1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

  • Certain items such as cosmetics, personal care items, perfumes are non-returnable if it is not Reported not in 24 hours after product recieved.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention it when contacting our support team.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
